    Cube Route is hosting a web seminar with Adrian Gonzales, director-- logistics executive council at ARC Advisory Group, to discuss trends, challenges and opportunities related to escalating fuel costs for the trucking industry. The one-hour seminar will be held on Oct. 19 at 1:30 pm EST.

    According to Cube Route, route optimization and real-time visibility are key areas that carriers could improve upon.

    “The availability of on-demand logistics services provides sophisticated insight into delivery and field service operations performance at an affordable cost,” Cube Route said in a news release. “These services allow managers to assess a number of factors including reductions in unnecessary driver hours, … more timely and accurate delivery cycles, and reduced data entry and call center costs.”

    The seminar will also explain how Cube Route customers are reducing fuel costs by 7- to 15% and improving on-time delivery.
