    CNF Inc. subsidiary Con-Way Transportation Services, along with its five operating companies, is participating for the 10th-straight year in the national Red Ribbon drug abuse prevention campaign. "We are a large organization with a large social conscience," says Gerald L. Detter, Con-Way president & CEO. "We feel it's extremely important for kids to receive the Red Ribbon drug-free message." According to Detter, positive, real-life role models can speak louder than words. The Red Ribbon campaign was established nationally in 1987 by Californians for Drug-Free Youth Inc.
