    Eaton Corp. has named Richard Holder vp for Eaton Business System effective May 1, replacing James McGill, who is taking over as vp-Asia/Pacific.

    Eaton Corp. has named Richard Holder vp for Eaton Business System effective May 1, replacing James McGill, who is taking over as vp-Asia/Pacific.

    Holder plans to continue aggressive implementation of the Eaton Business System throughout the company to support Eaton's integrated operating company business model. He will report directly to Alexander Cutler, Eaton chairman & CEO.

    Holder joined Eaton’s Electrical Group in 2001 as vp-supply chain and operational excellence. He became vp & gm for the company’s power distribution and assemblies division in 2004.
