Con-Way Transportation Services has appointed Curtis Shewchuk director of corporate protective services, a newly created position. Shewchuk will oversee a team of security specialists that will be charged with the protection of Con-Way's people, facilities, equipment and the freight of its customers. Parent company CNF Inc. previously managed Con-Way's corporate security needs. Shewchuk spent 12 years

Shewchuk will oversee a team of security specialists that will be charged with the protection of Con-Way's people, facilities, equipment and the freight of its customers. Parent company CNF Inc. previously managed Con-Way's corporate security needs.

Shewchuk spent 12 years at CNF Inc.'s Portland, OR, location as a manager of corporate security services with responsibilities similar to his new position.
