Penske Logistics taps Van Egmond for Europe

Penske Logistics, a subsidiary of Reading, PA-based Penske Truck Leasing Co., has named Erik van Egmond managing director of Penske Logistics Europe. Penske Logistics, a subsidiary of Reading, PA-based Penske Truck Leasing Co., has named Erik van Egmond managing director of Penske Logistics Europe.

Van Egmond joined Penske’s European operations in 1997, most recently serving as VP-finance. He will continue to be based at Penske’s European headquarters in Amersfoort, Netherlands.

Van Egmond is taking over leadership responsibilities for Europe from Paul Prang, who has completed a two-year assignment in Europe. Prang will return to the truck leasing business in the United States as senior vp-operations and will be based in St. Louis.
