Westampton, NJ-based ProLogis, a global provider of distribution services and logistics facilities, has signed a 10-year lease with Subaru of America for a 302,372 sq. ft. facility in Rancocas East Park in New Jersey.

The building will serve as Subaru's master parts distribution center as well as a service training and regional sales office facility. ProLogis said it recommended the Rancocas location primarily due to its close proximity to the current Subaru parts distribution facility and its convenient access to I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Construction on the building started in December and is scheduled for completion in August.
