Global logistics provider Stonepath Group has formed a joint venture agreement with MagRabbit Inc., an Austin, TX-based minority-owned third-party logistics provider.

Stonepath's Air Plus Limited, Global Transportation Services and United American Freight Services operating units and MagRabbit will co-market a full range of domestic and international customized logistics services, including air and ocean import and export, customs house brokerage and document services, shipment planning and execution and global freight and warehouse management.
