Hendrickson has announced that the Intraax AAZNT 46K tandem platform slider with a 46,000-lb. capacity will begin rolling off production lines this summer. The company said the platform slider system will deliver a durable and low maintenance air-ride package, and weigh substantially less than comparable mechanical suspensions.

Offered in ride heights from 13.5 to 17 inches, the AAZNT 46K features a combination of a "Z" profile box and a tandem of the Intraax AANT 23K integrated suspension system. The slider box fits between the trailer I-beams with lock-pins engaging through holes in the web of the beams.

The platform slider is designed to fit I-beam centers of 37-, 38-, 43- and 44-in. and can accommodate 49-, 60- and 72-inch axle spreads.
