The company is capitalized by members.

The company's formation was spearheaded by T. Zack Cooper, vice president., J Gregory Brown Insurance; Jay E. Ginnow, vice president, Bliss & Glennon Inc. and David G. Condon, president, Casualty & Surety of IL Inc. Ronald Guss of Intermodal West Trucking Inc. was elected President.
