Logistics Management Resources Inc. has announced that it has received a written formal commitment that will provide additional financing in the amount of $20 million.
The financial commitment was received from Hutchinson Investments Limited and is secured by a debenture from LMRI and insured by an A+ insurance company.
"I am very optimistic with the future of our company and with the relationship we have developed with Hutchinson Investments over the past several weeks,” said Logistics Management chairman and CEO Dan L. Pixler.
Logistics Management Resources Inc. is a holding company that acquires and manages non-asset based transportation-related and employee leasing-related companies.
