Xantrex Technology has appointed Will Tomkinson sales manager for the company’s North American product line of electrical power converters

Xantrex Technology has appointed Will Tomkinson sales manager for the company’s North American product line of electrical power converters. He will be responsible developing both OEM and distributor accounts in the commercial and industrial segments including emergency medical service (EMS) fleets, material handling, work truck up-fitting, equipment OEM and fleet management.

“We are pleased to welcome Will aboard and believe his broad range of proven sales experience in similar markets will prove beneficial to Xantrex and our valued customers throughout North America,” said Xantrex director of sales David Norman. “Will brings a solid performance track record to the job from multiple industries, coupled with a high degree of commitment to the customer, both of which align perfectly with Xantrex values.”

Prior to joining Xantrex, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, Tomkinson worked in power electronic sales within the industrial, passenger rail, transport truck and mineral exploration markets.
