OrderPro Logistics announced today that it is developing a transportation module that will add functionality associated with the management of motor carrier, inter-modal and airfreight operations.
OrderPro said the software will provide accounting integration and seamless data transfer for such accounting systems as QuickBooks. Improved-reporting modules will provide the user great flexibility. It also includes rates associated with modes of transportation other than motor carriers.
The company has a strategic partnership with software development firm Optim to develop the revised design specification and begin actual programming for the system.
