Oshkosh Buys Out Concrete Mixer Company

Oshkosh Truck Corp. had announced it will purchase certain assets of Trinity Equipment Manufacturing Co. (TEMCO), a concrete mixer and parts manufacturer, from its parent company, Dallas-based Trinity Industries Inc. The companies have signed an agreement for Wisconsin-based Oshkosh to buy machinery, equipment, parts inventory and certain intangible assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Oshkosh Truck Corp. had announced it will purchase certain assets of Trinity Equipment Manufacturing Co. (TEMCO), a concrete mixer and parts manufacturer, from its parent company, Dallas-based Trinity Industries Inc.

The companies have signed an agreement for Wisconsin-based Oshkosh to buy machinery, equipment, parts inventory and certain intangible assets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TEMCO is ceasing production of concrete mixers, concrete mixer parts and concrete batch plants.
