Cummins Westport names president

Natural-gas engine maker Cummins Westport Inc. has promoted Hugh S. Foden to president. He had been Cummins' business director for South East Asia since 1999, responsible for sales of Cummins products in 13 countries. He is currently based in Singapore and will relocate to Cummins Westport's headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia.
