    A new mileage and routing package from ProMiles Software Development Corp. uses a modular application platform that allows integration of current company fuel optimization and tax applications. ProMiles XF also includes a number of formally optional features as part of the base product.

    Among the new features is a fuel optimization program that allows fleets to include or exclude potential stops based on a variety of driver amenities, and it can create custom fuel networks using pricing information from Oil Pricing Information Services. ProMiles XF also adds maps for Mexico and improves map legibility for all of North America, the company says. It can handle up to eight separate routes on a single map display and includes an expanded rating section.

    New options include street-level mapping for Canada and the U.S.
