Wabash names acting CEO
Wabash National Corp. today announced the appointment of Richard E. Dessimoz as acting CEO. The trailer manufacturer also said it has formed an office of the CEO, consisting of Dessimoz, CFO Mark R. Holden and vp and president of North American Trailer Centers of Derek Nagle.
“These changes are intended to lead to the appointment of a permanent CEO as soon as it is reasonably practical,” said Wabash chairman of the board Jerry Ehrlich, who added that the move was also made to improve the financial performance of the company.
