The new Classic Truckload refrigerated trailer (CTL) from Great Dane Trailers is said to take advantage of the company's ThermoGuard and CorroGuard products to combat deterioration and corrosion.

The trailer includes CorroGuard with technology by GatorHyde, which is an exclusive spray-in-place thermoplastic elastomer coating applied to suspensions and support gear to protect the equipment from road abrasion. The ThermoGuard interior lining limits the thermal degradation that occurs with conventional refrigerated linings, reducing operational costs as the cooling unit runs less and uses less fuel, Great Dane said.
