    Phillips Industries has announced the promotion of Rob Phillips to director of operations. In his new post he will oversee the company’s manufacturing facilities in Texas and California.     Phillips Industries has announced the promotion of Rob Phillips to director of operations. In his new post he will oversee the company’s manufacturing facilities in Texas and California.

    Phillips has been with the company for ten years, most recently holding the position of general manager of the Commercial Vehicle Products (CVP) division.

    Pat Clift will succeed Phillips as operations manager, CVP division. Clift joined the company in 2002 as sales manager. In addition, Hank Schneider has joined the company as Midwest sales engineer.
