    Karmak, Inc. today announced that J. Richard Schien has been promoted to chairman from his former title as president & CEO. Bill Healy has been named president & CEO role from his previous role as executive vp. Both appointments are effective immediately.

    Schien will continue to focus on strategic planning while serving as a key company spokesperson. Healy will add finance and administration to his responsibilities for research, development, sales, marketing and customer support.
