Schneider National Inc. announced today it is seeking candidates in eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia to fill 200 new regional driver positions. The company's expanded presence in this area is primarily to support Wal-Mart's new distribution center in Wintersville, OH. Many of the new drivers will be assigned to Schneider National's Wal-Mart account as well as other accounts
Schneider National Inc. announced today it is seeking candidates in eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia to fill 200 new regional driver positions.

The company's expanded presence in this area is primarily to support Wal-Mart's new distribution center in Wintersville, OH. Many of the new drivers will be assigned to Schneider National's Wal-Mart account as well as other accounts within its portfolio.

Schneider National plans to hire 200 regional and over-the-road drivers and owner operators in the upcoming 60 days. All applicants should reside within a 100-mile radius of Wintersville.

Candidates can find out about the company's upcoming job fairs on the Schneider National website.

Schneider National said experienced drivers will earn an average of $36,000 to $50,000 per year. Owner-operators leasing with Schneider National will earn as much as $115,000 per year.

Additionally, Schneider National is seeking experienced mechanics within a 50-mile radius of Wintersville to service Schneider National equipment for regional drivers supporting the Wal-Mart distribution center.
