    The three main U.S. operations of the Holland Group — Holland Hitch, Holland Binkley and Holland Neway — have been consolidated into a single organization that will be called Holland USA. Holland's Canadian and international businesses will continue to operate separately.

    With the drop in North American truck and trailer sales over the last year, the restructuring is expected to reduce company costs, increase operating efficiencies, eliminate duplicate administrative functions and improve customer service, according to company president and CEO Richard Muzzy.

    The restructuring is just the first step in a corporate “redesign,” according to the company.
