Averitt opens online “shipper center”

Cookeville, TN-based carrier Averitt Express has added a “Shipper Center” to its web site that provides customers with new access to shipping documents and other information. Documents that can now be accessed online include downloadable bills of lading, shipping guidelines, pricing and rating information and details on cargo claims policies. Also online are editable domestic and international bills
Cookeville, TN-based carrier Averitt Express has added a “Shipper Center” to its web site that provides customers with new access to shipping documents and other information.

Documents that can now be accessed online include downloadable bills of lading, shipping guidelines, pricing and rating information and details on cargo claims policies. Also online are editable domestic and international bills of lading, a variety of international shipping documents and claims forms.

“We designed our new Shipper Center to provide customers with the information and documents they need for trouble-free shipping,” noted Phil Pierce, executive vp of sales & marketing.
