The Fleet Director wireless vehicle management system from Teletrac Inc. has added an analytical reporting feature that allows fleet managers to track individual vehicle activities by customer location.

The new On-Site option lets fleets specify customer or business locations for automatic monitoring and tracking. Reports show how much time each vehicle spends at those locations, as well as time spent traveling between sites. It also indicates how long a vehicle remained stationary at each location, and produces weekly reports showing details of vehicle activities by customer location. Separate maps for each job site can also be created, indicating vehicle arrivals and departures in real-time.

The new reporting feature is fully integrated with Teletrac's eClient, a web-based version of FleetDirector that allows users to access all fleet information with just a simple Internet connection. Service is available in major U.S. metropolitan areas, including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles and New York.
