The trademark agreement calls for True-Way to license the PonyExpress Freight trademark, and the transportation agreement calls for PonyExpress to provide sales, administrative and customer care services to True-Way's present customers.

"We feel that this strategic alliance provides many advantages and growth opportunities for both companies," said Pony Express president & CEO Peter Ticktin.

Ticktin added that PonyExpress will benefit from new sales revenue generated by True-Way customers, existing customers that require full trailerload services, licensing revenue and the additional brand exposure from the use of our trademark on trucks traveling across the U.S.
