Version 3.5 of Prophesy Dispatch & Accounting now includes an integrated vehicle maintenance module for tracking and scheduling truck PM and servicing. The new module provides dispatch with all service information, avoiding scheduling conflicts, as well as generating work orders and vehicle availability reports.
The dispatch and accounting system is designed to allow dispatchers to quote rates, book loads and track driver check calls while flowing all entered data to other fleet management systems, according to developer Prophesy Transportation Solutions.
