The DDC is a multimedia training CD-ROM that works like a game. It is designed as a management and retention tool. The Dispatcher Training Guide workbook accompanies DDC, though they are stand-alone products.

Delmar said the product helps foster interpersonal communication, collaborative and decision-making skills and the ability to handle stress and resolve conflicts by presenting real life issues and scenarios that fleet managers are likely to face on the job.
