Autocar taps Johnston

GVW Holdings Corp. has announced the appointment of Jim Johnston as president of its Autocar Trucks LLC subsidiary. Johnston was most recently vp and general manager of McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing's refuse division. During Johnston's six years with McNeilus, the company's sales of refuse bodies grew 106%. Johnston also oversaw the expansion of the company's service network from seven facilities
