@Track Communications Inc. announced today that Jet Corr Inc. has selected TrackWare as its trailer-tracking system.

A Conyers, GA-based division of Pratt Industries, Jet Corr owns and operates a private fleet that serves their paper manufacturing and distribution businesses. Jet Corr will install and operate TrackWare on more than 300 trailers at two locations within their fleet.

"After evaluating several competitive alternatives, we chose TrackWare because it provides the most efficient and cost effective, real-time location and status of our trailers," said Scott Brown, manager of logistics at Jet Corr. "We believe our operations will benefit significantly from the increased visibility of tracking and the benefits it provides."

In addition to GPS-location information, Jet Corr will also install optional sensors to provide their fleet with critical trailer and load status information.
