Chicago-based worldwide mover Sirva Inc. is shifting executives to new positions within its management team.

James Bresingham, currently vp-business development, is going to be executive vp/chief accounting officer effective Jan. 1, 2006, reporting directly to the company’s CFO. Prior to joining SIRVA in 2004, Bresignham worked at Sears, Roebuck & Co. as director of business development and spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Ronald L. Milewski, presently acting CFO, makes a lateral move to executive vp-restructuring/chief risk officer. However, Sirva said this change won’t occur until a new CFO joins the company. Milewski previously served as CFO of North American Van Lines. He joined the company in 1990.

Finally, Sirva has named Andrew Reisman chief compliance counsel. He formerly served as senior advisor for ethics, compliance and governance for LRN and General Electric.
