Manning, president of Tennessee Express, was elected vice chairman and Thomas M. Kelly, executive vice president, MOL (America), Inc. was chosen treasurer. Jordan L. Ayers, president of Quest Leasing, and William Clement, vice president-intermodal for CSX Transportation were chosen as directors.
