Wheel component maker Accuride Corp. is making some changes to its executive suite.

Terrence Keating, Accuride’s current CEO, is now the company’s chairman, succeeding former chairman James Greene, Jr., who plans to remain on Accuride’s board as the lead independent director.

John Murphy, currently Accuride’s president & CFO, will drop his CFO responsibilities and add COO to his title.

David Armstrong, Accuride’s current senior vp-finance and general counsel, will take over the CFO position while keeping his current positions. Finally, Stephen Martin will move up to vp-corporate counsel.

As a result of the appointments, both Armstrong and Murphy now report directly to Keating.
