Downers Grove, IL-based third party logistics provider Hub Group has renamed its logistics unit, changing it from Hub Logistics to Unyson Logistics.
“We chose to rename our logistics operation for several reasons,” said Mark Yeager, president & COO of Hub Group. “We wanted to more clearly delineate our logistics products and services from those of [our] intermodal and highway services. [Logistics] is a highly specialized discipline and the re-branding effort will give our logistics expertise a more focused presence in the marketplace.”
Yeager also noted that Unyson Logistics would remain part of Hub Group.
