Logistics and freight forwarding provider Menlo Worldwide has reorganized its management team with a slew of promotions.
Eric Kirchner has been promoted to COO for Redwood City, CA-based Menlo, with Jennifer Rosenfeld Pileggi taking over as VP-corporate counsel and Ronele McCurdy moving to VP-human resources and labor relations.
Randy Stanley has been named VP-Americas for the company’s forwarding operations, with Vince Gallagher taking over as VP-sales for the Americas and Jerry Trimarco moving to Sr. VP-transportation for Menlo’s forwarding arm.
“These organizational changes will help us run the forwarding business as one global enterprise with a common approach to transportation and operations processes,” said Menlo CEO John Williford. “They will help us accelerate growth and improve profitability by improving sales focus, operations quality and customer service.”
Menlo Worldwide was formed in December 2001 after the closure and reorganization of Emery Worldwide, an air cargo and logistics subsidiary of Palo Alto, CA-based transportation conglomerate CNF.
