The eighth highway bill extension is set to expire at midnight tonight

The eighth highway bill extension is set to expire at midnight tonight. Rich Clemente, director of safety & health programs for the Truckload Carriers Assn. told Fleet Owner he expects the highway bill will be extended a ninth, and possibly final, time later today.
