    Gunite's ductile iron hubs have gotten even lighter. According to the company, its new generation of Ductilite hubs weigh less than aluminum hubs designed for comparable axle ratings. The new hubs are available for all popular front axle applications up to 14,600 lb. GAWR. Drive axle versions will introduced later this year.

    The Ductilite hubs can be used on all fleet vehicles, regardless of axle rating, and are compatible with all existing wheels and drums, Gunite says.
