Eaton promotes Barrie

Eaton Corp. has promoted David Barrie to vp-corporate development – responsible for Eaton’s acquisition, divestiture and joint venture activities.

Barrie joined Eaton in 1997 as associate director of corporate development and in 2000, he was named corporate vp-Asia/Pacific, followed by a promotion in 2002 to vp of hydraulics for the Asia/Pacific market. He most recently served as vp-legal and business development for Eaton’s Fluid Power division.
