USF Dugan recognizes safe drivers

    USF Dugan, a regional carrier unit of USFreightways Corp., recently recognized 246 drivers for reaching a milestone of five years safe driving for the carrier.     "An accomplishment of this magnitude is truly significant considering the obstacles encountered by professional drivers in today's environment," said USF Dugan president Walt Ainsworth. "The fact that we have so many drivers with outstanding safety records reflects well on our hiring practices and our commitment to safety."
