VanKam Freightways, a British Columbia-based LTL/TL freight company, has expanded its fleet tracking system, provided by WebTech Wireless, to 200 of its vehicles, up from 56.
The tracking system monitors vehicle locations in real-time to assist in efficient routing schedules, and pricing. Through the system, VanKam benefits from decreased payroll, increased productivity and revenue, and decreased vehicle wear and tear, according to the wireless service provider.
