The University of Washington is sponsoring workshops to educate fleet managers on March 25-26. The workshops are as follows: “Fleet Shop and Facility Management” is designed to help managers run maintenance facilities efficiently. Key shop functions and management responsibilities will be examined to identify areas for improvement. “Analytical Fleet Management: Improving Your Fleet’s Productivity”

“Fleet Shop and Facility Management” is designed to help managers run maintenance facilities efficiently. Key shop functions and management responsibilities will be examined to identify areas for improvement.

“Analytical Fleet Management: Improving Your Fleet’s Productivity” will teach practical techniques to analyze budgets, reduce expenditures and improve productivity.

These workshops feature opportunities for participation in group problem-solving exercises as well as discussions and workbooks.
