    Tuscon, AZ-based OrderPro Logistics Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Loadbook Inc. of Scottsdale, AZ, an internet-based communication tool servicing shippers and carriers in the transportation industry.

    OrderPro president & CEO Richard L. Windorski said the acquisition will directly impact the growth of its 3PL program by leveraging Loadbook's motor carrier network and offering more competitive shipper and carrier resources for clients' freight.
