Minnesota Democrat Martin Sabo wants to add legislative language requiring more inspections of Mexican trucks.

According to the report, it also appears likely that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will draw up new rules to raise the government’s fuel-efficiency standard for SUVs and minivans, which is currently 20.7 mpg.
