Autocar, LLC, has announced Charlie Luper has been appointed to director of sales services at Autocar Truck. Luper is promoted from regional sales manager for Autocar’s Central Region, a position that has been filled by Wayne Grundmeier. Luper held his previous post since 2001. Before that he worked with Volvo Truck where he oversaw vocational accounts totaling over $1.3 billion in annual sales.
