Adrian T. Dillon, CFO & executive vp at Eaton Corp., is leaving the company at the end of the month to take a position with another firm, which Eaton declined to identify.
Dillon was responsible for accounting, corporate development, information systems, investor relations and strategic planning. He had spent 22 years at Eaton.
Eaton earned over $8 billion in worldwide sales last year and employs 51,000 people.
