Peterbilt Motors Co. recently announced new features that can be installed as original equipment on its trucks.

Motorized side mirrors are now available for order on Peterbilt's low-cab-forward Model 320. The heated units feature a flat glass mirror capable of moving in four directions, and a smaller convex mirror that is capable of rotating outward.

The mirrors are manipulated by a centrally located control that is convenient to operate from any cab configuration.

Lightweight, severe-service Alcoa aluminum wheels are now available for Peterbilt vehicles spec'd for vocational applications.

The wheels are available in 8.25 in. x 22.5 in. and 8.25 in. x 24.5 in. sizes and are rated at 8,000 lbs., allowing for a front axle weight rating of 16,000 lbs.
