Menlo Worldwide Forwarding has upgraded its logistics facility in Otay Mesa, CA. The operation provides full transportation, logistics and warehousing capabilities to support trade between the U.S. and Mexico.

Modernizing the facility's functionality and upgrading its security is a part of Menlo Worldwide Forwarding's C-TPAT compliance plan, which includes increasing the warehouse space and installing additional warehouse racks.

The facility opened two years ago as part of the strategic expansion of the company's operations to include services for NAFTA trade.

The services offered at the Otay Mesa facility include U.S.-Mexico customs brokerage services, ocean services, crossborder transportation, intra-Mexico door-to-door pickup and delivery, inventory replenishment and fulfillment capabilities, expedited transportation into and out of Mexico, multiple carrier management and air freight services.
