    Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) will host anaudio conference on how companies can effectively manage new drivers for the first 30 days. The conference will be held Wednesday, December 11, at 11 a.m. EST.

    TCA said the audio conference will provide tools to help companies implement plans that will ensure drivers and owner-operators survive their first 30 days.

    Panelists include David Goodson, director of transportation excellence for KPMG; Chuck Johanns, recruiting and retention analyst for Dart Transit Company; Kerry Kearl, vp of company fleets, Crete Carrier Corp.; and Colin Heupel, director of human resources for Voyager Express.
