Peterbilt certified ISO 9001:2000

Peterbilt Motors Co. has announced that all of its facilities are now ISO 9001:2000 certified. Peterbilt has been ISO-certified since 1995. However, the requirements for certification were revised in December 2000, creating the new ISO 9001:2000 designation. "ISO 9001:2000 certification confirms that Peterbilt adheres to the standards set forth by the International Organization for Standardization, accepted worldwide as the benchmark for overall operational quality," Peterbilt general manager Nick Panza said.
