The integration of the two applications will eventually provide fleets with electronic warranty processing, VMRS and product catalog updates, parts cross-referencing, and electronic invoicing and bill payment, according to TMT.
The software developer has also announced online training and support for fleet users at a new interactive web site, www.tmtsoftware.webex.com. The Internet-based training is customized for each user and includes hands-on exercises that can be accessed by employees in multiple locations.
