The latest release of TMT Software's Transman Fleet and Equipment Maintenance Management system includes an interface for IDG's eShop, allowing users to electronically transmit purchase orders to parts suppliers. The integration of the two applications will eventually provide fleets with electronic warranty processing, VMRS and product catalog updates, parts cross-referencing, and electronic invoicing and bill payment, according to TMT.

The software developer has also announced online training and support for fleet users at a new interactive web site, www.tmtsoftware.webex.com. The Internet-based training is customized for each user and includes hands-on exercises that can be accessed by employees in multiple locations.
