Ryder System, Inc. has acquired Vertex Services, LLC., a provider of outsourced fuel storage tank compliance and fuel systems management services.

Vertex services include Fuel Management (FuelPro), Service Management (ServicePro), and Compliance Management (CompliancePro). FuelPro provides management services to tank owners, fuel buyers, and fuel suppliers. ServicePro provides annual testing, warranty tracking, and service event management. CompliancePro offers a package of compliance management services.

Vertex’s customers include: Costco Wholesale; US Concrete, Inc.; Waste Management, Inc.; and FuelQuest, Inc. in addition to Ryder.
