International Truck and Engine Corporation's used truck division has signed an agreement with hookup.com, an online truck, trailer and equipment marketplace that offers around-the-clock auctions and e-commerce marketing, to develop and maintain an e-commerce site that will help market a portion of International's used trucks online. As a part of the agreement, hookup.com has developed anonline storefront to market a group of 1995 GMC Top Kick Vans to both the retail and wholesale market. In addition, hookup.com has listed the equipment in their online auctions and assisted in marketing efforts with their existing advertising and marketing channels.

The storefront gives buyers the ability to order onlne, receive special financing and choose warranty packages, which International used truck sales manager Jim Clarke said is new to the online trucking marketplace.

The site offers many features to help facilitate the buying process. Buyers are able to view the Top Kick Vans from all angles with a 360-degree Spin Cam showing both interior and exterior views. Buyers also can view detailed specs on both dock-height and low-pro vans. Warranty purchase options, coupon incentives, and special financing incentive packages are also available.
